Inspired by the Ancient Chinese coin attached to Lillian's wrist when author Lorraine Butler Simcox adopted her daughter from China and embracing the tradition of the red thread as a means of connecting with the children who wait to be united with their new families, Lorraine has designed and crafted a unique line of Red Thread Jewelry, popular among adoptive mothers and daughters.

Our custom designed jewelry is one of a kind. We use only the finest of materials and quality workmanship. It is our desire to provide our customers with a fine keepsake at an affordable price. We use a Chinese coin, handwoven silk, cotton weave, or leather red threads and 14 K gold filled clasps and findings to create each piece of jewelry sure to be enjoyed throughout all seasons.
